This policy explains how Nexus Paraxis LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States and doing business as Nexus Creatives, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, request a free sample video or become a client.

Information we collect
- Information you give us in our forms: your name, email address, store URL, the product you want featured, your social media handle, your monthly ad spend range, whether you use a scheduling tool, and any notes you add.
- Information from clients: product photos, brand materials and, where you grant it, access to your store data and scheduling tool so we can provide insights and schedule posts.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To create and send the free sample video you request, and to reply to you.
- To follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To provide our services to clients, including content creation, scheduling and reporting.
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- our website hosting and form provider (Netlify);
- our email and file-sharing providers;
- the AI content generation tools we use to create videos and images from your product information.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep free sample requests for up to 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. We keep client information for as long as we work together and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email hellonexuscreatives@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
